About me

By day I lead and build in software engineering, and I care as much about building strong teams as building great products. Lately I've been spending a lot of time exploring AI tools: what they're good at, where they fall short, and how they change the way I build. I'm also curious about the business side of technology, from how startups find their footing to what makes a product succeed.

This site is where I write it all down. Some posts are technical, some are about my learning journey, and some have nothing to do with code at all: a recipe I finally got right, or a trail worth the early alarm.
